Religious Education Text

The Sunday school at "The Red House" (located across the street from the church) offers day care and grade school classes during Sunday services at 10:30 a.m. On the first Sunday of each month, the children join the adult congregation in the church for "Children's Time". After "Children's Time", the children return to "The Red House" for Sunday school. For the rest of the month the children gather at "The Red House" and begin with a group opening ceremony. The ceremony consists of the lighting of the candle, the offering, a song called "Start The Day With Love", The Lord's Prayer, and a special time for discussion or group learning. The group ceremony ends with the closing prayer and extinguishing of the candle. The children then disperse to their individual groups.
